This family of sensors is specialy designed for selfcleaning. The sensing end has a flat surface PH membrane or ORP sensor. This provides long life due to it’s rugged construction.The flat surface is beneficial becouse it does not collect suspended solids, and its self-cleaning ability by the flow of the process over the electrode provides a clean electrode surface.
This series of PH sensors is designed to be used in water and water treatment applications. The electrode body is made of CPVC or PVDF, for high temperature applications. The electrode can be ordered with many types of Glasses and refilling solutions. A temperature compensation can be chosen at any time according to the type of instrument that will use the sensor. The size of the thread can also be chosen between 1/2” up to 1”.
This series of steam steriliable and autoclavable pH electrodes has been designed to retro-fit the Broadley James Corp. FERMPROBE ® ELECTRODE HOLDER. These electrodes have been engineered as improved replacements using the same configurations as the original equipment. These electrodes were designed with a unique solid polymer reference electrolyte and annular ceramic nonfouling reference junction which incorporates a double junction reference cell.
Walchem’s WEL Series electrodes are cost-effective differential pH and ORP electrodes for industrial applications. They are modular in design with a rugged CPVC housing which contains the electronics; pH and ORP cartridges can easily be connected or replaced in minutes without tools. The cartridges feature a unique threaded interlock connection and a double o-ring seal, ensuring a watertight fit and secure seating at all times. The optional differential preamplifier and temperature compensation element are in the housing, placing them at the optimal location for best response.
